FAQ
What are 0DTE options?
0-DTE options are same day expiration that hold extreme risk and reward. Option trading especially short-term options should only be done in simulation or high-risk capital.
How do credit spreads work in 0DTE option trading?
Credit spreads involve selling one option and buying another at a different strike, limiting risk while maximizing potential gains. The margin that is required to trade spreads is the width of the spread. Due to the short-term time decay, credit spreads are a superior 0-DTE strategy. Learn more about credit spreads here.
Why do you only trade $100 MAX on Lotto Trades?
Lotto trades are just that they are low risk high reward bets placed for very short periods of time (2 hours to 10 minutes). The goal of a lotto trade is when we see a late day trap that is worth assuming higher risk. It is important to keep emotions low and never go all in on a lotto trade.
Why trade so many strategies?
The market condition dictates which strategy we use. If the market is in a corrective condition we sell more credit spreads, and when the market is expanding, we use directional bets for higher profit return. Note: The credit spread strategies are for income and compounding growth, while the unhedged bets are for gambling.
Do you guarantee profits?
In no way do we guarantee profits; all trades carry risk, and past results do not predict future outcomes. We always position size based on the max loss at entry, never the potential stop loss
Why charge weekly?
Trade when you want with only 5-day commitment. Traders are busy and not all traders can trade every day or every week. Charging weekly also allows our traders to take a week off if needed, and the customer not be charged.
How wide are the credit and debit spreads?
Credit spreads are 5 – 10 wide, debit spreads can be 50 – 100 wide.
